Congress of Neighboring Communities

The Congress of Neighboring Communities (CONNECT) convenes more than 43 neighboring municipalities, including the City of Pittsburgh, that share borders, challenges and opportunities, and its leadership represents nearly 900,000 residents of Allegheny County.
